Mailing Restrictions
The first weight refers to the lowest billable weight, and the continued weight refers to the weight that exceeds the first weight.For example,The billing unit for line A is 500g for the first weight, 500g for the additional weight, if the weight of your package is 2000g.Then the first billing weight is 500g, the additional weight is 1500g (that is, 3 additional weight units), and less than one billing unit is calculated as one billing unit.
Volume weight refers to a billing method commonly used in the logistics market. When the volume of the item is too large and the actual weight is small, the volume weight billing method will be used.The billing method of volume weight is:
1.Package length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm))/5000 (or 6000, 7000, 8000, according to the standards of third-party logistics providers) = volume weight (kg)
2.The volume weight value is compared with the actual weight value, and the larger value is used as the chargeable weight value
P.S: Lines with volumetric weight as the charging standard for logistics lines not all packages will take the volume weight as the Chargeable value.
a、The package you submitted, after we try to compress it and pack it, still cannot reach the size limit of the line you selected, we will return it for you and notify you of this situation through the station letter.
b、If the package is judged by a third-party logistics company that it cannot be sent or is returned by the customs for reasons other than contraband, we will negotiate with the logistics company to change the order and resend it or notify you to change the route and other shipping plans.
c、If the package is returned due to address or customs clearance issues during the delivery process, please make sure that the address is correct and cooperate with the destination country for customs clearance!
